Overview
The department head of the department thought that it would be a good idea to seek out UX consulting from myself who was part of the UX team to assist with a project they were working on with a third party development team. An Employee Enrollment Schedule App is an application that allows employers to schedule meetings with their employees so that they can discuss their benefits with them.
Challenge
During our conversation with the third party development and department head, she provided a list of issues that they were hoping to solve with the implementation of the enrollment calendar.
